Products

• Cellophane Flakes: Cellophane Flakes in the USA are primarily used in cement solutions. This product offers a higher density per pound, and the flakes are more ridged than the Western Poly flake. Cellophane tends to flow better in the mixing process. It is the best product for lost circulation in either mud or cement solutions. We package 25 pounds per sack and palletize up to 100 sacks of Cellophane Flake per pallet.  This enables us to ship 45,000 pounds of cellophane per load.
  
• Western Poly Flake: Western Poly Flake in the USA offers a lower cost alternative to Cellophane Flake. It is a petroleum derived film that is primarily used in mud solutions. While Cellophane offers a smoother flow, Western Poly is a quality product that gets the job done with a smaller budget. We package 25 pounds per sack and palletize up to 75 sacks of Western Poly Flake per pallet.  This enables us to ship 37,500 pounds of poly per load.

Services

• Quality: Our employees are trained to visually look and feel of the product and check that each sack meets our high quality control standards that you demand.  Then, we weigh each sack to ensure our customers will be receiving 25 pounds per sack. Our sacks are three ply 50 weight paper, with an additional poly liner between the first and second layer to help protect the product from moisture.  We use a 5 mm poly bag over the pallet, and then shrink and strap the product for better shipping.
• Sizing: Applying industry-leading techniques, Western Hull Sacking, Inc. is proficient in reducing the size of lost circulation materials. We can cut our products into multiple sizes to better meet your needs. Our options include: 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, and 1 inch.
• Overseas shipping: Proper preparation is essential to ship lost circulation materials. To ensure our products arrive in top-level condition and are available to customers worldwide, all our pallets are heat treated.
• Freight savings: We know businesses must maximize every dollar for successful operations. That is why we do our best to save you money on shipping. We maximize sacks per pallet, providing more per pallet than our competitors and saving our customers more on freight.
• Packaging: We take pride in our products, including the quality of packaging for our goods. We cover our pallets in a 5MM pallet slip for optimal results.
